BOS Studio led the master planning and early architectural design, working closely with the school’s founders to create a campus that embodies the Academy’s core values – Highest Achievement, Independent Thinking, Leadership, Legacy. Our design strategy laid out the campus in phased modules to allow sustainable growth to 400+ students over time. Facilities include multi-sport training spaces, healthy dining and wellness areas, and modern classrooms, all oriented to embrace Pemberton’s stunning natural landscape. We coordinated with local officials to ensure the project fit the rural context and met community and environmental standards.

Strategic design approach: a holistic vision that combined educational programming needs with site-sensitive design. The campus plan supports progressive learning and active lifestyles while respecting its mountain valley setting, setting a new standard for purposeful educational design.
